Website Terms of Service
The ground rules for using our website. Effective October 23, 2026.
Effective date: October 23, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of stalwartmgmt.com (the “Site”), operated by Stalwart Management LLC (“Stalwart,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Separate written agreements, such as a management agreement or a lease, govern our services and control if they conflict with this page.
1. Information only, not advice
Content on the Site, including articles, guides, FAQs and market commentary, is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and reading it does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Landlord-tenant law differs in Kansas and Missouri and changes over time. Consult a qualified attorney or tax professional about your situation.
2. Listings and availability
Rental listings, rents, availability dates, photos, features, pet terms and other details are subject to change or withdrawal without notice and may not be current on every site. A listing is not an offer to lease. A home is not reserved until the steps in our application process are completed, including payment of the required security deposit. All applicants are evaluated using the same written criteria; see our leasing policy and Fair Housing statement.
3. No guarantee of results
Rental analyses and estimates are opinions based on available data and are not appraisals. We do not guarantee any particular rent amount, occupancy level, time to lease, resident performance or investment return.
4. Forms and communications
When you submit a form, call, text or email us, you agree to provide accurate information and consent to be contacted about your request. Submitting a form does not create a management agreement or lease. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, submitting false or misleading information, or using the Site for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including our resident and owner portal (Rentec Direct), electronic signing (dotloop), rental listing platforms, maps, and government and legal-aid resources. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos and other content belong to Stalwart or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, republish or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission. REALTOR® and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stalwart and its members, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits rights you have under a written agreement with us or under fair housing and consumer protection laws.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
