Our accessibility commitment, what we have built in, and how to tell us when something falls short.
Stalwart Management LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find a rental, pay rent, request repairs and learn about our services online. This page is provided for general information about our efforts.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Accessibility is part of how we build and review pages, and we work to improve it as the site grows.
Features built into this site
- Keyboard navigation. Menus, forms, accordions and buttons can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
- Skip link. A “skip to content” link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass repeated navigation.
- Reduced motion. Animations and scroll effects are turned down when your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
- Image descriptions. Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images and icons are hidden from assistive technology.
- Color contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed with strong contrast against their backgrounds.
- Structure. Pages use one main heading, a logical heading order, labeled landmarks and labeled form fields.
- Responsive layout. Pages adapt to phones, tablets and desktops and support browser zoom and text resizing.
Known limitations
Some content is provided by third parties and is outside our direct control. We ask those providers to support accessibility but cannot guarantee it.
- Resident and owner portal. Rent payment, maintenance and statements are provided through Rentec Direct, an external site.
- Rental listings. Current listings appear on external listing platforms and syndication sites that have their own accessibility features.
- Maps and embedded media. Embedded maps may not be fully usable with every assistive technology. Our address and directions are always available as text.
- Documents. Some older PDFs or e-signature documents (dotloop) may not be fully accessible.
Alternatives and help
